This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to BBPro, and BBPro LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include https://www.bbproapp.com/. The Company's application is a bodybuilding progress tracking application. By using the Company application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

The Company may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

-Gender
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, phone number) is not transferred to the third party. The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Acknowledgement for Users of BBPro iOS Application:
You and the End-User acknowledge that the End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the iOS application, available via Apple's App Store, is concluded solely between BBPro and the end-user. BBPro, not Apple, is solely responsible for the iOS application and its content. The usage rules established in the EULA are designed not to conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you have the opportunity to review.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products or subscriptions from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FEES & BILLING
Fees and Billing: You will pay all fees charged to your accounts ("Fees") according to the prices and terms on the applicable pricing page, or as otherwise agreed between us in writing. You will provide complete and accurate billing information including a valid and authorized payment method. We will automatically charge your payment method on an agreed-upon recurring basis, but may reasonably change the date on which the charge is posted. You authorize BBPro and its affiliates, and our third-party payment processor(s), to automatically charge your payment method for the Fees. If your payment cannot be completed, we will provide you with written notice and may suspend access to the Services until payment is received. Fees are payable in U.S. dollars and are due upon invoice issuance. Payments are nonrefundable except as provided Refund Policy.
All prices listed are in USD.
Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, Fees do not include federal, state, local, or foreign taxes, duties, and other similar assessments ("Taxes"). You are responsible for all Taxes associated with your purchase.
Price Changes: We may change our prices by posting to our website and/or sending a notice to your email address on account. Price increases will be effective 30 days after notice is sent. Any price changes will apply to the Fees charged to your account immediately after the effective dates of the changes.
Disputes and Late Payments: If you want to dispute any Fees or Taxes, please contact emailed within thirty (30) days of the date of the disputed invoice. If any amount of your Fees are past due, we may suspend your access to the Services.
Free Trial: You may not create more than one account to benefit from the credits provided in the free trial. If we believe you are not using the free trial in good faith, we may charge you standard fees immediately or stop providing access to the Services.
PCI Compliance: All payments will be processed in accordance with PCI Compliance.
Recurring Billing: By subscribing to our services, all payments will be deducted from your payment method automatically at the predetermined frequency selected during initial checkout. The frequency can be changed at any time by managing your subscription in the Customer Portal or by reaching out to us directly via email.
In App Subscription
BBPro is accessible through an in app subscription that will renew and charge the user monthly or annually depending on the chosen subscription option. Users have the ability to cancel at anytime.
Agreement will commence on the date you checkout and subscribe to BBPro services Fees and shall continue until terminated.
If you do not wish to continue to access and use BBPro and Services following the expiry of the Trial Period, you must terminate the agreement by selecting to cancel the subscription in 'My Account' prior to the Trial Period. If you do not terminate the agreement prior to the expiry of the Trial Period, the agreement will automatically continue for the subscription term.
No refund or partial refunds will be given for all subscriptions canceled once a payment has been made.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
-Delete your personal information from our records; and
-Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
-Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
-Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
-Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
-Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
-Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
-Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
-Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
-Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
-Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
Children Under Thirteen
The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.
Email Communications
From time to time, the Company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
Changes to This Statement
The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you. You may receive a notice by sending an email to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our BBPro LLC, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the application and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
